Tai Stephan has a Bachelor of Science in finance and a master’s degree in sustainable development. She’s worked across Asia and lived in China for five years. Before joining Arazon, Tai was a monitoring and evaluation specialist for an international healthcare not-for-profit in Beijing, China. In 2019, she transitioned to the financial services industry to apply her mathematical and analytical skillset to support operations. In her spare time, Tai volunteers with dog rescue from the dog meat industry and does yoga.
